Project Manager \- Case Processing (Vigo) **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Project Manager for case processing in Vigo. **Workplace** -------------------- * Galicia Region Vigo **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Monitor the performance of team leaders and case processors under their supervision. * Ensure compliance with planning, preventing deviations and/or delays in deadlines. * Supervise work quality. * Train team leaders and case processors under their supervision. * Communicate instructions from project management to staff and report any issues to coordinators. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching required documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any stage of the process documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor’s degree, Engineering degree, Architecture degree or Bachelor’s + Official Master’s degree (MECES Level 3) (qualification recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel (to be assessed during the technical evaluation phase). * Valid electronic ID (DNI) and/or digital certificate prior to commencement, if selected. * Immediate availability to start within less than 3 working days following notification, if selected. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training specific to social policy, totaling at least 350 hours. ### **Prior Experience** * 1 to 5 years of experience in processing grants and/or subsidies (professional experience). * 1 to 5 years of experience in supporting team management/coordination and/or supporting project management (professional experience). **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 9 months, linked to the execution of the assignment detailed in the publication for the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time schedule. The initial start date is scheduled for late March 2026, with subsequent incorporations formalized progressively according to project needs. Successfully completing all stages of the selection process is mandatory to be considered for hiring. These positions will be awarded based on the candidate’s overall score in the process, following the criteria established herein: requirement fulfillment, merit assessment, and test phase, as well as feasibility of concluding a temporary contract until project completion, from the hiring proposal onward. For position offers, candidates will be ranked according to their total score obtained in the process (sum of merit and test scores). Offers will be made strictly in this global ranking order. A waiting list will be created for candidates who successfully complete the selection process but are not hired for any of the advertised positions; this list may be used to cover new requirements or unforeseen vacancies for this role, and the company may contact candidates for coverage and contract formalization, with contract type and duration estimated depending on the triggering event.
