Additional Job Description At BABEL, we continue to grow and are seeking to hire a candidate with a technical foundation and eagerness to learn, who wishes to develop within a stable, long-term project in the Public Administration sector, becoming part of a committed team aligned with our values. Essential Requirements* - University degree or bachelor’s degree in: + Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering + Or degrees related to Information Technologies, Data Engineering, or Software Engineering * At least 2 years of experience in ICT environments * Solid technical foundation in SQL and databases * Proactive attitude, capacity for learning, and service orientation * Interest in joining a stable project and growing long-term within the team * Prior experience with APEX is not required.* ️ Job Responsibilities Following an initial period of training and mentoring, the candidate will join an experienced team providing continuous support. Progressively, responsibilities will include: * Administration of a limited catalog of management tools * Daily operation of APEX applications * Basic user and permission management * Incident support and resolution * Support for deployments and minor evolutionary enhancements * Creation and maintenance of procedural documentation What do we offer?
