Vallirana Production Operator The primary objective of this position is to carry out daily production tasks in accordance with manufacturing schedules and established procedures, ensuring product availability according to Planning requirements, under optimal conditions of safety, environment, quality, service level, and productivity. About the Role Comply with AkzoNobel’s Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and standards, and actively participate in related initiatives. Follow applicable work procedures, instructions, and Plant, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards established by the company. Ensure that your responsibilities are aligned with achieving defined objectives (KPIs). Maintain proper care of machinery. Immediately report any process anomalies. Actively contribute to maintaining AkzoNobel’s established 5S standards of order and cleanliness. **Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects:** ALPS / Lean Manufacturing, etc. Participate in designated training and apply it effectively within your area of work. About You 2\-3 years’ experience in a similar role. **Minimum education:** Basic secondary education (ESO level). Fluent spoken and written Spanish. Availability to work rotating shifts: morning\-afternoon\-night. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for site access. Valid forklift operator certificate.
