Given our company’s continuous growth, we are currently seeking a Procurement Manager based at our Barcelona offices, reporting to the CFO, to support all Iberian centers (Spain and Portugal).
The mission of the **Procurement Manager** is to define, implement, and supervise the company’s procurement strategy to optimize resources, ensure supply quality and continuity, generate sustainable savings, guarantee regulatory compliance, and contribute to operational efficiency and value creation across the organization.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Define and execute the procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
* Design and implement internal policies: thresholds, processes, and approvals.
* Lead tendering, negotiation, and contracting processes with suppliers.
* Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers, ensuring standards for quality, costs, and delivery timelines. Conduct appropriate monitoring of supplier KPIs.
* Develop strategic relationships with key partners and manage potential supply risks.
* Analyze market trends, pricing, and conditions to optimize purchasing decisions.
* Establish and monitor procurement policies, procedures, and KPIs.
* Coordinate with finance, operations, and legal departments to ensure efficient and compliant processes.
* Drive initiatives for cost savings, efficiency, and sustainability in procurement management.
* Control and traceability of the end-to-end procurement cycle.
* Reporting to senior management, focused on costs, savings, and supplier quality.

**Requirements**
* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5\-7 years’ experience in procurement roles within high-volume environments. Experience in multinational corporations is highly valued.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Advanced knowledge of cost analysis, budget management, and reporting.
* Proficient use of digital procurement tools and ERP systems.
* High level of English proficiency.
* Personal competencies: leadership, results orientation, strategic vision, effective communication, and influence capability.
