About the company and department The internship will take place in the **Tarragona Dispatching Department**, a cross-functional support unit serving various operational network units. Its scope of activity includes managing processes related to RPR, tree felling and pruning, complaints, waste management, and other coordination and monitoring procedures. Within this context, the intern will learn how information systems and workflows are structured between the dispatching area and operational units, participating in a learning experience focused on improving process control, organization, and traceability. Training objectives The selected candidate will have the opportunity to: * Learn to use computer tools and systems applied to tracking operational processes. * Develop competencies in information control, organization, and traceability within a technical environment. * Understand coordination between a cross-functional support department and operational network units. * Gain practical insight into document management and data handling associated with internal processes. * Enhance analytical and procedural improvement skills through the use of digital solutions. * Become familiar with management workflows linked to complaints, waste, tree felling and pruning, and other departmental processes. * Strengthen professional communication skills in technical and collaborative environments. Internship training plan During the training period, the intern will be able to: * Learn how to register and organize relevant information for tracking the dispatching team’s activities. * Collaborate in updating and controlling data related to the department’s internal management. * Support process traceability analysis using current IT tools and management systems. * Learn communication and coordination flows with operational network units. * Participate in identifying opportunities to improve information organization and tracking procedures. * Apply computer science knowledge to understand how digitalization contributes to more efficient and orderly management.
