**INTEC PROCES S.L** *Gavà, July 10, 2026* **KEY JOB REQUIREMENT:** This position mandatorily and exclusively requires advanced, autonomous proficiency in Siemens PLC programming. The selected candidate will serve as the technical reference for automation of our equipment; therefore, applications lacking demonstrable solid experience in this programming environment will not be considered. **About Us:** At **INTEC PROCES**, we design and manufacture advanced industrial machinery and custom installations for paint and adhesive dosing and mixing. We supply critical technology to leading sectors (automotive, aerospace, electronics, and renewable energy) both domestically and internationally. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\-Automation and Control (Critical Area)** *\-* Programming, diagnostics, optimization, and commissioning of Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal / Step 7 environments). *\-* Development of control logic for industrial machinery. **2\-Industrial Electricity:** \- Electrical panel design. \- Preparation of detailed schematics for subsequent workshop manufacturing and assembly. \- Development of 3D design and preparation of technical drawings for manufacturing and assembly. **CANDIDATE PROFILE:** **1\-Siemens Experience:** Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience programming and configuring Siemens PLC-based control architectures. **2\-Autonomy:** Ability to develop code from scratch, implement modifications on-site, and independently resolve incidents. **EDUCATION AND TOOLS:** Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP II) or Industrial Engineering degree (Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering). **CAD SOFTWARE:** Fluent proficiency in 3D and 2D design software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, or similar). **LANGUAGES:** Intermediate/advanced English level (valuable for international projects). **MOBILITY:** Valid Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally and internationally. **COMPETENCIES:** Dynamic, solution-oriented individual with initiative, strong teamwork ability, and high resilience to industrial delivery deadlines. ***WHAT WE OFFER:*** ***Job Stability:*** Indefinite-term contract with a robust company undergoing active international expansion. **Professional Growth:** Direct leadership responsibility for the automation component of custom technological projects. **Real Impact:** Witness the full lifecycle of your work—from PLC code development in Gavà to machine commissioning anywhere in the world.
