**Grup Sintagmia** is a group of companies specializing in the **management of sports, social, and leisure services**. We manage various facilities and installations, working to ensure that users enjoy a high-quality, safe, and accessible service. We are seeking to hire a person to join the team at one of our **sports facilities in Palau\-solità i Plegamans**, to lead **Pilates sessions** and offer participants a high-quality activity tailored to different skill levels and individual needs. **What will you do?** * Prepare and conduct **Pilates sessions**. * Plan sessions according to group objectives and characteristics. * Adapt exercises to suit participants’ varying levels and needs. * Ensure the activity takes place in a **safe, dynamic, and enjoyable environment**. * Motivate and support participants throughout the sessions. * Correct and supervise exercise execution to guarantee proper and safe practice. * Use available spaces and equipment appropriately. * Report any incidents related to the activity or facility. **Who are we looking for?** We seek a person who is: * Responsible, dynamic, and with a **positive service attitude**. * Capable of energizing groups and motivating participants. * Strong communication skills and a respectful, friendly approach toward users. * Autonomous, organized, and proactive. * Trained and/or experienced in **Pilates and instructed group activities**. * Enthusiastic about joining a team dedicated to sports and physical activity. **What do we offer?** * Pilates activity. * Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:15–8:15 PM. * 2 hours per week. * Hourly rate: €16 gross/hour. * Workplace: Palau\-solità i Plegamans. * Fixed discontinuous contract (September to June) Would you like to join us?
