Contributing here means leaving a legacy—professional, human, and educational. **It’s Not All About Giving—We Also Need You** Your primary mission will be ensuring our Zoho ecosystem and internal integrations operate flawlessly—automating processes and connecting systems. Your daily challenges: * Configure and optimize Zoho modules (CRM, Creator, Flow, Desk, Analytics, etc.). * Build workflows and automations in Deluge so each department gets exactly what it needs. * Integrate Zoho with other systems via REST APIs and maintain existing connectors. * Manage Zoho environments (sandbox vs. production), ensuring a secure and efficient change lifecycle. * Develop PHP functionalities to support integrations and internal processes. * Apply SCRUM and best development practices (version control, peer reviews, testing, CI/CD). * Clearly and accessibly document each integration, configuration, and development using Git, Jira, Confluence, and Postman. * Serve as a technical reference point: propose improvements and collaborate across departments. **What Makes You Special?** * You master Zoho CRM and its ecosystem—and know how to unlock its full potential. * You can build functions, automations, and workflows in Zoho Deluge that genuinely simplify everyone’s work. * You have PHP experience and know how to integrate it with other systems using REST APIs. * You are familiar with Zoho Creator and other modules such as Analytics, Desk, Campaigns, or Books—and know when to use each. * You are comfortable working with Laravel, Python, Node.js, and understand how microservices function. * You are curious, proactive, and constantly thinking about improving processes and proposing solutions. * You enjoy teamwork, communicating your ideas, and seeing your work make real impact. **What We Offer** * The chance to join a genuinely expanding educational project. * Full autonomy to create, propose, and lead key initiatives. * A human, collaborative, and close-knit work environment. * Strategic visibility and high-impact professional growth. * Benefits including: * Discount club * Training discounts for employees and family members * Flexible compensation **If you’re excited about automating, integrating, and improving systems while impacting the education of thousands of people—we want to meet you!**
