A 4-star hotel located in Playa Blanca is seeking a **Painter** to join its maintenance team. **Responsibilities:** * Perform painting and maintenance tasks in guest rooms, bungalows, common areas, and hotel facilities. * Prepare surfaces prior to painting: cleaning, sanding, spackling, and repairing minor imperfections. * Apply paint to walls, ceilings, doors, and other surfaces, adhering to the hotel's quality standards. * Carry out touch-up and maintenance painting work to keep facilities in good condition. * Identify and report defects or maintenance needs detected during work. * Properly use, clean, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials. * Comply with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention measures, and the hotel's internal procedures. * Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team on related tasks. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a painter, preferably in hotels, building maintenance, or facility maintenance. * Knowledge of surface preparation and treatment for various types of surfaces. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented individual with attention to finish quality. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * Relevant training in maintenance, painting, or construction is a plus.
