In this role, you will provide technical and laboratory support for site-level packaging activities, contributing to quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and advancement of technical projects within the packaging function. THE ROLE As a Packaging Technical Project Associate, you will support the Packaging Technical team at the Tordera site, contributing to both laboratory activities and the technical and documentation tracking of projects and operations within the function. **Your key responsibilities will include:** Conducting laboratory tests and analyses related to packaging, supporting development, validation, and quality control. Collaborating closely with the Lab Specialist and technical team on testing, monitoring, and issue resolution. Recording results and maintaining accurate, up-to-date technical documentation. Preparing reports, tracking data, and ensuring laboratory information traceability. Supporting testing, validation, and problem-solving activities alongside the technical team. Ensuring proper use, maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of laboratory equipment. Working in accordance with quality standards and good practices, including order, organization, and operational discipline in laboratory and manufacturing environments. Collaborating with departments such as Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and technical teams to support packaging projects. WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? A degree in Packaging Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in laboratories, technical support, or industrial settings—ideally related to packaging, quality, or associated areas. Basic knowledge of packaging materials and testing methodologies. Strong attention to detail, rigor, and organizational capability. Ability to work with procedures, quality standards, and technical documentation. Strong command of English (mandatory). Proactivity, commitment, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. Experience with laboratory standards, quality systems, or continuous improvement in manufacturing environments is preferred.
