PRODUCTION SUPPORT OPERATOR

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, positioning, and removing production materials, maintaining plant cleanliness, and performing inventory counts and packaging tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proactive participation in problem-solving and improvement proposals. 2. Constant support to production lines. 3. Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the plant. Prepare and position materials on production lines. Remove excess material from completed orders and place components in the designated area, ensuring the plant remains tidy and clean throughout the shift. Strap, bale, and label pallets produced on each line. Conduct inventory counts prior to factory dispatch. »Notify the supervisor immediately upon encountering any line-related issue. Report daily incidents to line supervisors. Proactively participate in problem-solving and propose improvements. Perform cleaning and maintenance of facilities. Support production lines whenever all the above tasks are completed. Immediately report any safety incident to the supervisor. Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
