Your mission is to support Management in defining and implementing processes, efficiency improvement plans, and internal information systems. You will oversee operational management and implement the unit’s strategy at the operational level. The scope of this role covers approximately 50\-70 people reporting to you. Responsibilities: * Optimize costs to achieve optimal results. * Coordinate and supervise operational departments. * Monitor individual and collective work performance. * Plan, implement, and supervise the optimal development and execution of all daily activities and processes. * Ensure a pleasant organizational culture and working environment aligned with the company’s strategy. * Develop internal and external procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. * Facilitate communication among departments, suppliers, and customers. * Ensure compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. * Collect evidence demonstrating compliance and effectiveness of assigned Compliance controls and procedures. Tasks: * Integrate all processes cohesively according to the company’s defined strategy and shared objectives. * Ensure operational execution of activities by identifying and facilitating necessary internal and external resources. * Manage internal resources effectively, coordinating with other departments and branches. * Plan, direct, and ensure an optimal strategic resource plan for the organization to achieve defined objectives. * Develop strategies to optimize processes and achieve maximum efficiency at minimal cost. * Efficiently coordinate the distribution of resources and tasks. * Monitor and control products to identify strengths and weaknesses, enabling application of lean management strategies to meet objectives. * Create analytical reports to assess operational performance. * Ensure proper product management via automated tracking processes. * Increase productivity in line with the organization’s internal processes. * Apply assigned Compliance procedures and controls. * Periodically collect evidence of compliance with assigned Compliance controls and procedures. **WHAT YOU BRING** ----------------------- Requirements: * Education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or equivalent. * Basic knowledge: Minimum English level B2 and Microsoft Office proficiency. * Specific knowledge: Familiarity with GDP regulations, Team Management, Leadership, and Lean Manufacturing. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position. * Minimum probationary period: 4 to 6 months.
