As a Maintenance Technician at Dolce by Wyndham Barcelona Resort, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, preservation, and maintenance of the facilities, equipment, and systems within the resort. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive and corrective maintenance, identifying and resolving malfunctions, repairing equipment and facilities, as well as adhering to the company's established safety and quality standards. * Experience: 1 year. \- Prior experience of at least 1 year in maintenance roles within facilities, hotels, buildings, service centers, or industrial environments. \- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. \- Demonstrable ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues. * Spanish (advanced spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Vocational training at intermediate or advanced level in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnical Installations, or similar fields is preferred. \- Certifications or additional training related to HVAC, plumbing, electricity, or building maintenance are valued. Experience \- Prior experience of at least 1 year in maintenance roles within facilities, hotels, buildings, service centers, or industrial environments. \- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities. \- Demonstrable ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues. Languages \- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory. \- Knowledge of English is an asset for occasional interaction with international guests. Technical Knowledge \- Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, and general building maintenance. \- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments. \- Basic computer skills for incident and maintenance management. \- Familiarity with occupational safety procedures and risk prevention.
