At least 3 years of experience required. Remote work: Yes; on-site work 1–2 days per week is desirable (in Barcelona or Madrid). ### **Minimum Requirements** Production-oriented Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in Python and Kubernetes, capable of deploying and operating AI models in an IBM corporate environment, collaborating with Data Science and Software Engineering teams, with a focus on intelligent document management systems, observability, stability, and SLA compliance.
