Centro Arual is seeking to hire a Speech-Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Leganés (Madrid). What will you do? As a Speech-Language Therapist at Centro Arual, you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and intervention of speech, language, communication, and orofacial function disorders, primarily in children and adolescents. Start date: September 2026\. Your responsibilities will include: \- Assessment and planning of individualized intervention programs. \- Conducting speech-language therapy sessions. \- Intervention for speech, language, communication, and learning disorders. \- Treatment of atypical swallowing and myofunctional therapy. \- Monitoring patient progress and preparing reports when necessary. \- Coordination with the rest of the multidisciplinary team and communication with families. Requirements \- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy. \- Valid professional registration. \- Registration under the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers (RETA). \- Afternoon schedule, Monday to Thursday. \- Immediate incorporation with an established patient caseload, due to the departure of the current professional. \- Possibility of expanding working hours and patient volume according to center demand. Preferred Qualifications \- Experience with neurodevelopmental disorders (ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, dyslexia, etc.). \- Additional training in pediatric intervention. \- Motivation for continuous learning and teamwork. \- Experience in assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders. \- Training and experience in myofunctional therapy and atypical swallowing treatment. \- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. \- Strong communication skills, commitment, and empathetic interaction with families.
