Responsibilities · Preparation and cooking of Mediterranean dishes and tapas, following the establishment's quality guidelines. · Support the kitchen team in preparing raw ingredients and maintaining order at the workstation. · Strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations during service. ### **Requirements** · Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience. Knowledge and experience in Mediterranean cuisine and tapas. · Languages: Proficiency in Spanish. · Availability: Immediate availability.
