Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Kitchen Assistant for a restaurant, responsible for ingredient preparation, cleaning, supporting the chef, and inventory control. Staff is required to work as a Kitchen Assistant at a restaurant located in Vilassar de Mar. Main responsibilities include preparing ingredients (cutting, peeling, portioning, and organizing food); maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen, utensils, and work surfaces; assisting the chef in basic dish preparation and plating; monitoring and replenishing products required for daily service; and strictly adhering to food hygiene and safety regulations. Other duties inherent to the role may also apply.
