Key role in operational stability and incident resolution **Description** --------------- The *IT Integration Senior Developer* will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of integrations for *Broking* platforms. This role will work closely with business analysts to implement defined solutions, ensuring the stability, efficiency, and performance of current and future integrations. Additionally, it will play a key role in identifying improvements and resolving technical incidents. **Main Responsibilities** **Design and Implementation** * Design integrations between *brokerage* platforms and other existing systems. * Develop and maintain custom components on *brokerage* platforms. * Ensure solutions are built following integration and development patterns and best practices. **Continuous Improvement** * Propose improvements to integrations and applications that contribute to business objectives. * Analyze and identify root causes of incidents, applying appropriate solutions to ensure operational stability. **Documentation and Quality** * Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation. * Perform and oversee integrated testing to ensure correct and stable operation. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Job Requirements** **Education and Technical Knowledge** * Demonstrable knowledge of the insurance business. * Experience in application and cross-environment integrations. * Minimum **5 years of experience** in: + **.NET** platform development: C\#, ASP.NET, Angular, JavaScript. + **SQL Server** programming-level expertise (T\-SQL). + Reporting tools (**Reporting Services**). + Integration services (**SSIS**). **Professional Competencies** * Ability to produce technical documentation and execute integrated testing. * Organizational and planning skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * **Proficient spoken and written English.** * Analytical ability and problem-solving orientation. *We’re committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application, interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants.
