DESCRIPTION **About Remuner** We are a B2B SaaS company headquartered in Barcelona. We help businesses design, manage, and communicate their sales commission plans—without spreadsheets, errors, or month-end surprises. Our platform processes large volumes of data and complex business logic within a centralized engine, giving RevOps and Finance teams visibility and control over every calculation. **About the Role** For our platform to function, it needs data: CRM data, ERP data, internal client files, external APIs. Your mission will be to ensure that this data arrives—in the correct format and reliably. You will work directly with the Head of Data and the Customer Success team to implement data connections for each new client: understand what they have, how they expose it, and transform it into the format required by Remuner. **What You’ll Do?** * Connect to each client’s data sources: external APIs (REST, OAuth, API key), CSV/Excel files, SFTP * Read documentation for new integrations and set them up autonomously * Transform and clean data using Python (pandas) to adapt it to our internal data model * Validate data correctness before it reaches production * Document each integration to ensure repeatability and maintainability * Collaborate with Customer Success to understand client needs and with the technical team when structural issues arise **What We Offer?** * **Remote work days** integrated into team dynamics—we are office-first, but with real flexibility when you need it * **New office:** stunning views, a young and ambitious team, and a dynamic environment. * **Office amenities:** Fresh fruit, coffee, and snacks to keep you energized * **Weekly catering:** Lunch is on us every day you’re in the office * **Flexible compensation plan:** Optimize part of your salary through tax-efficient benefits (transportation, meals, health insurance, childcare, and more) REQUIREMENTS **What Are We Looking For?** * Solid **Python** scripting skills—pandas, requests, file handling, and error management * Experience connecting to REST APIs (OAuth 2.0 authentication, API key, basic auth) * Ability to read and parse files with inconsistent formats or dirty data * Sufficient English to read technical documentation * Autonomy to investigate and resolve issues without escalating everything **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with SFTP * Experience working with any CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.) * Basic SQL knowledge * Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
