Key Requirements * Solid experience in Datacenter and infrastructure operations. * Advanced knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix or equivalent technologies). * Administration and architecture of Windows Server and Linux. * Experience with enterprise storage (SAN, NAS, and enterprise storage arrays). * Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and observability. * Proficiency in networking and core infrastructure components. * Ability to lead architecture designs, technical reviews, and technology transformation processes. Desirable * Experience in hybrid and cloud environments (Azure). * Infrastructure automation. * Knowledge of high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery. * Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
