We are looking for a **Python Developer with an AI focus**, to join an on-site aerospace sector project in **Madrid**. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Development of **Python**-based solutions for automation and data processing. * Processing and structuring data from various sources (Excel, APIs, databases). * Design and implementation of **ETL**-type processes for information preparation. * Application of **Generative AI techniques (LLMs, RAG)** for document automation or text analysis. * Development of internal scripts and tools to improve process efficiency. **Required Qualifications** ------------------------- * University degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or related field (Bachelor’s degree required). * Experience working with **Python**, especially in data processing. * Knowledge of **Generative AI** (LLMs, RAG, ChatGPT-like tools, APIs, etc.). * Experience or knowledge of **Machine Learning**. * Ability to work with data from diverse sources and structure it effectively. * Basic knowledge of **SQL**. * English proficiency level of at least **B2**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **cloud computing**. * Prior experience in industrial environments or complex technical projects. * Interest in applied AI and process automation. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Permanent contract. * Meal allowance (€1,200 b/a). * Childcare voucher (up to €600 b/a). * Technical training, language courses, and certifications. * A personalized career development plan aligned with your professional growth. * An aerospace sector project with a strong technological component. **Why Capgemini** --------------------- Capgemini is a global leader in transforming and managing clients’ businesses by harnessing the full power of technology.
