Job Summary: Internship opportunity to support Human Resources in administrative management, payroll, training, and personnel selection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive support to the Human Resources department 2. Participation in administrative and payroll management 3. Coordination and monitoring of the training plan **Job Category:** ================= Temporary/Other **Job Family:** =============== Intern **Job Description:** ==================== * Administrative management with various government agencies: Social Security registration/cancellation, temporary disability cases; contract administration; maintenance of HR database across various HR tools: Tempo, Grupos Castilla, Workday. * Support to the payroll manager in payroll processing. * Training: coordination, planning, monitoring, and control of the Training Plan; administrative management with Grupo Castilla and FUNDAE. * Permanent staff recruitment. * Support to the Human Resources leadership team in managing the company's labor relations. **Required Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Labor Relations, Law, or equivalent. * Ability to sign a collaboration agreement with your educational institution to carry out internships with us. * Interest in the Human Resources field. * Proficiency in office software applications. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Intermediate level of English (preferred).
