DESCRIPTION At Better Consultants, we are looking to hire a Full Stack Developer with experience in Angular (v16 or higher) and Spring Boot to participate in an important project within the public sector, focused on technological migration toward a new architecture. **Who Are We Looking For?** YOU! Someone who seeks greater responsibility, participation in more complex projects, and aims to become a key profile within the development team. **Required Qualifications:** **Education** * University degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent fields. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of professional frontend development experience with Angular (version 16 or higher). * Minimum 1 year of professional backend development experience with Spring Boot. * Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL. **Technical Competencies** * Application development using Angular (v16\+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 * Application development using Spring / Hibernate * REST API development using Spring Boot (Java) * Experience with relational databases (SQL) * Service integration and API consumption * Version control using GitLab * Knowledge of software development best practices (clean code, testing, etc.) **Functional Competencies** * Strong technical analysis capability based on functional requirements. * Good communication skills **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience working in public-sector environments. * Experience with continuous integration (CI/CD) tools. * Knowledge of microservice-based architectures.
