We are looking for a **Front\-End Developer** to join our Customer Experience team in Gijón on a permanent basis. Our CX team works daily to improve our clients’ digital assets using a CRO methodology. This process involves analysts and technical specialists from various disciplines who contribute expertise from their respective fields — and currently requires reinforcement in its technical front-end capacity. **Your responsibilities will include:** * You will join the CX team, collaborating with your colleagues to enhance the user experience of our clients. * As part of the team, you will participate in analyzing our clients’ websites and propose improvements. * You will implement A/B tests. If you’re unfamiliar with them, don’t worry — we’ll train you. This is where your front\-end expertise becomes essential :). * You will learn every day: UX, accessibility, and data analysis. * You will have opportunities to grow and specialize in technologies or knowledge areas: customer management, business analysis, dynamic creative development, CDP, etc. We offer a stable, future-oriented position with internal promotion opportunities. We’re waiting for you!! **Required Qualifications:** * **At least 2 years of experience** in web / frontend development. * Solid proficiency in **HTML5** and **CSS3** (vanilla layout). * Strong command of **JavaScript**, including DOM manipulation and understanding of page components. * Experience with **modern frontend frameworks**, especially: + **React** + **React Native** (native or hybrid) * Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and communicate well with other profiles (UX, data, business, etc.).
