We are seeking a **Front\-End Developer** to join our Gijón Customer Experience team on a permanent basis. Our CX team works daily on improving our clients’ digital assets following a CRO methodology. In this process, analysts and technical specialists from various disciplines contribute their domain expertise; currently, we need to strengthen the technical side of the team with a front\-end professional. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Joining the CX team and collaborating with your colleagues to improve user experience on our clients’ digital platforms. * Participating in the analysis of our clients’ websites and proposing improvements. * Building A/B tests. If you’re not yet familiar with them, don’t worry — we’ll train you. This is where your front\-end knowledge becomes essential :). * Learning every day: UX, accessibility, and data analytics. * Growing and specializing in technologies or knowledge areas: Customer management, business analytics, dynamic creative development, CDP, etc. We offer a stable, future-oriented position with internal promotion opportunities. We’re waiting for you!! **Required Qualifications:** * **At least 2 years of experience** in web / front-end development. * Solid proficiency in **HTML5** and **CSS3** (vanilla markup). * Strong command of **JavaScript**, including DOM manipulation and understanding of page components. * Experience with **modern front-end frameworks**, especially: + **React** + **React Native** (native or hybrid) * Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and cooperate with other profiles (UX, data, business…).
