We manage over €500 million in annual energy billing and have a team of more than 100 professionals in full growth. We design customized solutions to ensure optimal energy management results—from wholesale market procurement to energy-saving measures, billing control, and auditing. **What is the FARADAY Program?** FARADAY is our internship program for new talent, designed to train, support, and guide you in your professional development from day one. Our objective is clear: to train the next generation of professionals who will lead the digital transformation of the energy sector. Through an initial cross-functional training program, you will gain insight into the energy business, the impact of technology on energy markets, and the pivotal role digitalization plays in the energy transition. Based on your skills, interests, and motivations, you will join the development team, where you will learn by doing and grow through real-world projects with tangible impact. **What will you do?** You will become part of a technical and collaborative environment, actively participating in digital transformation initiatives. Among other responsibilities: * Collaborate in the development and enhancement of internal digital tools. * Work with current technologies and agile methodologies. * Learn how to translate business needs into real technological solutions.
