This position is located within the Cities division, which specializes in the maintenance of urban infrastructure, including public space maintenance, facilities, green areas, and the installation and operation of building technology. What will you do on a daily basis? * Plan interpretation and layout: Read and understand construction drawings, and mark and measure work areas according to drawing instructions. * Work supervision: Assign and supervise work across different areas, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. * Team training: Provide continuous training to the workforce. * Administrative control: Review and manage delivery notes and work reports. * Prevention and safety: Be responsible for on-site prevention and ensure compliance with the Safety Plan. * Subcontractor coordination: Supervise and coordinate subcontractor activities. * Site visits: Participate in site inspections. * Execution of varied tasks: Carry out various tasks depending on site availability. What are we looking for? * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supervisory roles with a specialization in facilities. * Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
