This position represents an excellent opportunity to gain first\-hand insight into the technical and administrative operations of a luxury hotel, supporting the Engineering team in the daily management of the department. **Position Details** **Position:** Engineering Department Intern **Location:** Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona **Duration:** 6 months **Working hours:** Full\-time **Modality:** On\-site **Main Responsibilities** The selected candidate will support the Engineering team in administrative and coordination tasks, participating in the day\-to\-day activities of the department. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting the administrative management of the Engineering department * Organizing, updating, and filing technical documentation * Assisting in the planning and monitoring of maintenance tasks * Supporting coordination with other hotel departments to facilitate daily operations * Preparing reports, lists, and follow\-up documentation * Assisting with supplier management, orders, or related documentation when required * Collaborating with the team to improve internal processes **Candidate Profile** We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with a positive attitude who is eager to learn in a high\-level professional environment.
