Resolution of technical and execution bottlenecks **Requisition Number:** 24261BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire an ENGINEERING MANAGER for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least 20 years of overall work experience. Some of their specific responsibilities will include: * Responsible for coordinating and delivering the daily execution of FEL 3 engineering, translating program objectives into coordinated, high-quality engineering deliverables across all disciplines, offices, and/or subcontractors. * Planning, staffing, and executing all aspects of FEL 3 engineering * Ensuring engineering deliverables meet quality, schedule, and integration requirements * Coordinating discipline leads and managing interdisciplinary interfaces * Resolving technical and execution bottlenecks * Supporting estimation and schedule development with credible quantities and maturity **Qualifications:** The position requirements are: * Minimum of 18 years of total engineering experience, with proven experience in this role. * Direct management of large, multidisciplinary engineering teams (more than 100 employees) * Experience delivering FEL 3 / feasibility-level engineering for mining or major infrastructure programs. * Strong management of interfaces between engineering teams, permitting, field investigations, and cost/schedule. * Experience driving design maturity aligned with cost and schedule requirements. * Familiarity with constructability, operability, and execution planning during FEL 3 **About Stantec:** The Stantec community unites approximately 34,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
