**Description:** ---------------- Grup Carles is collaborating with a company in Igualada specializing in the distribution of industrial machinery to hire a person to carry out electromechanical assembly, maintenance, and improvement of production processes in the workshop. If you have experience as an assembler and/or electromechanical technician and would like to join an attractive project within a family-owned company—where you will directly contribute to continuous improvement—this is your opportunity. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Diagnose, repair, and optimize industrial machinery for wood, CNC machines, presses, saws, and other equipment. * Work on electronic systems, industrial electricity, electropneumatics, and automatic machine control. * Interpret automation systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical schematics to perform fast and efficient repairs. * Ensure the technical quality of equipment and commissioning at the customer’s premises, guaranteeing compliance with standards and reliability. * Monitor performance and technical incidents, both internal and external. * Train and supervise operators or technical staff on machine operation, adjustment, and safety. **What do we offer?** * Join a leading family-owned company in its sector, currently experiencing growth and expansion. * Professional development in a dynamic environment with direct interaction with plant personnel. * A position with growth and promotion prospects within the team. * Stable full-time employment with a split working schedule (8:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:00). * Competitive remuneration, negotiable per candidate. **Requirements:** --------------- **What are we looking for in you?** * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Prior experience with machinery in the wood, metallurgy, aluminum, or plastic sectors is essential. * Medium or higher vocational training in electricity and/or electronics. * Knowledge of interpreting electrical schematics and automation systems. * Knowledge of CNC machine repair. * Geographic proximity is desirable—preferably Igualada or surrounding areas.
