Our core values—collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust—guide us toward excellence. **What do we value?** We seek a technical profile with **2–3 years of experience**, possessing a solid foundation in Kubernetes environments and oriented toward platform deployment, automation, and operations. For this position, we especially value: * **Production-level Kubernetes experience**, including managing deployments, scalability, and incident resolution. * **CI/CD knowledge**, ideally with a **GitOps approach**. * **Docker container experience**, including full lifecycle management. * **Scripting skills**, preferably in **Python**. * **Experience working with APIs and services**, integrating and operating distributed solutions. * Teamwork capability, effective communication, and continuous improvement orientation. Additionally, the following will be highly regarded: * Prior experience in **monitoring and observability** (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). * Knowledge or experience with **Helm** or other deployment tools. * Familiarity with **message queues and process scheduling systems**. * Participation in **data operations or data pipeline construction projects**. * Experience in environments utilizing **machine learning models**. * Knowledge of **data visualization or analysis tools**, such as Power BI. **What would your responsibilities be?** **Kubernetes Operations and Deployment:** * Manage production Kubernetes-based environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and resilience. * Implement deployment and automation pipelines under CI/CD and GitOps models. **Automation and Internal Development:** * Build and operate internal solutions related to data operations and process automation. * Support development of tools and services that optimize the technical team’s workflow. **Container Management and Scripting:** * Create and maintain Docker images, performing optimization and troubleshooting as needed. * Develop scripts (preferably in Python) to automate tasks, improve processes, or integrate services. **APIs and Services:** * Integrate internal systems via APIs, participating in definition, consumption, and operation of services. **Monitoring and Observability (if applicable):** * Contribute to implementation and enhancement of dashboards and alerts in tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK. **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** * Coordinate with development, data, and operations teams to drive improvements, resolve incidents, and evolve the platform. **Support for Data and ML Projects:** * Participate in initiatives related to data pipelines, information exploitation, and machine learning models. **And with us you can enjoy:** Permanent Contract **100% REMOTE** Internal training and access to certifications.
