Positive attitude, motivation, and friendly interaction with customers We are seeking a sales assistant to join the team at Casa Perris, a specialty store offering bulk foods, dried fruits, cereals, legumes, and spices. Customer service, product advisory for bulk items, weighing and packaging of food, restocking, inventory control, cash register management, goods receiving, and maintaining shop order and cleanliness, as well as supporting daily operational tasks. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Experience in customer service, direct sales, restocking, cash register management, and sales floor maintenance. Ability to work collaboratively, with initiative, responsibility, and customer orientation, consistently delivering friendly and high-quality service. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Food Handling Certificate. We seek a responsible, proactive, organized, and self-motivated individual eager to learn and become part of a dynamic team. Particularly valued are a positive attitude, motivation, ability to interact confidently with the public, and a friendly, approachable manner with customers—contributing to a high-quality shopping experience and excellent service. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1600' * Additional information: Full-time schedule, Monday to Saturday, with one weekly day off according to the established rota.
