To keep pace with our expansion, we need extraordinary people to help us achieve extraordinary goals. **We are looking for a Demand Planner** to join our planning team, collaborating on product forecasting and demand planning processes. This role will have both analytical and operational focus, contributing to optimizing product availability, inventory turnover, and alignment between forecasted demand, stock levels, and Kave Home’s business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in structured demand planning and product forecasting processes, supporting standardization of templates and workflows. * Collaborate on developing and monitoring sales forecasts by category, channel, and collection. * Support Finance in the budgeting process, including defining sales/revenue/margin targets by category and channel. * Participate in monitoring and controlling sales budgets. * Analyze product, collection, and category performance—evaluating sales, margins, turnover, stock coverage, and deviations from forecast. * Collaborate with Commercial and Product Intelligence teams to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability across all channels. * Provide analysis, reports, and tools to the Commercial team to support decision-making. * Identify demand trends, risks, and opportunities to propose adjustments to planning. * Participate in implementing the new Planning tool. **Requirements:** * Advanced Excel skills and experience handling data models. * Knowledge of planning and analytics tools. * Familiarity with the furniture, home décor, and omnichannel retail sectors is desirable. * Fluent English. * Minimum 4\-5 years of experience in demand planning, commercial planning, controlling, or demand analysis roles. * Prior experience in retail, e\-commerce, or product-based companies is a plus. **We offer:** * Join a rapidly expanding company with a solid, ambitious, and continuously evolving project. * Be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment offering real opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization. * Participate in a project strongly oriented toward innovation, excellence, and long-term value creation. * Enjoy modern, sustainable facilities designed to promote well-being and collaboration. * Access an attractive compensation policy, including a flexible benefits plan featuring health insurance, meal vouchers, transport cards, and childcare support. * Benefit from daily support services such as catering, fresh fruit every morning, and a cafeteria area. * Use an on-site gym with 24/7 access.
