We are seeking Data Engineer profiles through an intensive 5-week program combining hands-on training and final project development, followed by placement into large-scale projects within Accenture, enabling autonomous integration into technical teams from day one.
The position is based in **Barcelona**, following a hybrid work model: some days working remotely from home and others onsite at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team.
Residency in Spain and valid work authorization in Spain are mandatory.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and maintain data pipelines to integrate information from diverse sources.
* Prepare, transform, and organize structured and unstructured data for consumption by AI applications.
* Develop ETL/ELT processes to automate data loading and transformation.
* Design and implement data pipelines on AWS (S3, Glue, Aurora PostgreSQL, Neptune) to integrate structured and unstructured data sources.
* Implement graph queries (SPARQL, Cypher, or Gremlin) and combine them with SQL and vector search.
* Build RAG, semantic search, and metadata enrichment solutions for LLM use cases.
* Collaborate with AI, analytics, and development teams to create scalable and efficient solutions.
* Manage metadata and document processes to ensure data traceability.
* Participate in initiatives related to semantic search, generative AI, and intelligent assistants.
**Key Accountabilities**:
* Design knowledge-oriented, end\-to\-end data architectures for AI\-driven systems.
* Integrate multiple enterprise repositories (S3, SharePoint, FileNet), ensuring semantic consistency.
* Define hybrid query strategies (relational, graph, vectorial) based on use case requirements.
* Ensure data quality, traceability (data lineage), and compliance with data governance standards.
**Requirements**:
* University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent.
* Professional experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or AI Engineering in production environments.
* Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL as primary working tools.
* Experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Aurora PostgreSQL, Neptune, Bedrock).
* Experience with graph databases and query languages (SPARQL, Cypher, or Gremlin).
* English level B2/C1.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
* Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, or DevOps practices.
* Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
* Experience with data lineage, data quality, and data governance tools.
