The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of event-driven architectures (EDA), aiming to ensure real-time data synchronization between core systems and peripheral applications, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the customer’s Golden Record. Key Responsibilities * Design and maintain distributed data flows using Kafka. * Implement streaming event processing pipelines with Apache Flink. * Automate data exposure from relational tables to MongoDB via CI/CD processes and Change Data Capture (CDC) patterns. * Configure event orchestration to trigger API calls reactively. * Document and manage data governance and schemas in Confluent/Confluence IO. ### **Requirements** What are we looking for in you? * Event\-Driven Architecture (EDA): Solid experience in event design patterns. * Kafka Ecosystem: Proficiency in topics, partitioning, and Kafka Connect. * Stream Processing: Hands-on experience with Apache Flink for real-time data transformation. * Databases: Advanced experience with MongoDB (NoSQL). * Integration: Knowledge of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) and API design. We seek a profile capable of understanding, diagnosing, and resolving real-time data latency issues.
