**Internship – Data and Operations Department** At Mi Préstamo, we are looking to onboard an intern to support the Data and Operations Department. We do not seek a technical or programming profile; instead, we are looking for someone with a strong analytical foundation, excellent organizational skills, and eagerness to learn how internal processes function within a financial services company. If you enjoy working with Excel, are organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and wish to launch your career in the data and operations field (not in development or programming), this could be your opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Updating and reviewing Excel data files. * Identifying and correcting errors or potential issues in the information. * Preparing simple summaries and reports (reporting). * Creating and managing pivot tables. * Supporting learning and use of Power Query to consolidate and automate reports. * Assisting with recurring operational processes under team supervision. * Verifying data quality and consistency. * Learning business logic and internal departmental processes. **Requirements** * Ability to arrange an internship agreement with a university or educational institution. * Final-year student or junior profile in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Proficient use of Microsoft Excel (filters, basic formulas, pivot tables, duplicate search and removal, data review and validation). * Advanced English proficiency. * Methodical, organized, analytical, and detail-oriented individual. * Genuine interest in reporting, operational processes, and business logic. **We are not looking for this profile if...** * You are seeking a programming or development role (web, software, apps). * Your background is focused on IT, systems, or infrastructure. * You seek experience in logistics or supply chain. * Your primary interest lies in advanced data science, machine learning, or predictive modeling. **Not required** No prior experience or advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, macros/VBA, or programming is required.
