Great and passionate people who collaborate, support and complement each other's skills. **We are one of Europe's leading low\-cost airlines, with special relevance in the Spanish domestic market, as well as in France and Italy.** **Job Purpose** Ensure that all flights have crew members required in order to ensure all flights operated globally by Vueling, in accordance with the current regulatory framework and applicable collective agreements, in order to solve some easy problems and ensure that each flight departs legally, safely, and with the minimum necessary crews, with no delays or cancellations. **Main Responsibilities \- Tasks** * Attend to crew members by phone/email in order to solve some easy problems. * Reports sick leave of TCP / Pilots in order to ensure resourses for each flight. * Ensure that all flights have crew members required.
