Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage projects, analyze the data economy, develop sectoral strategies, and promote data culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project management and observatory for the data economy and AI 2. Development of sectoral strategies and regulatory frameworks 3. Apply today and become the change you wish to see in the world! **Work Experience** **Minimum and Mandatory Requirements** **Education** Bachelor’s Degree / Higher Technical Degree / Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics *Other degrees may be accepted if relevant knowledge and experience in the project’s subject areas and project management are adequately demonstrated.* **Minimum Required: 3 years** **Experience** * Proven professional experience in ICT project PMOs. **Minimum Required: 6 years.** * Proven professional experience coordinating software development units. **Minimum Required: 4 years.** * Proven professional experience designing and implementing KPIs and dashboards for project monitoring. **Minimum Required: 2 years.** * Proven professional experience in consulting projects for defining/designing data spaces. **Minimum Required: 1 year.** **Desirable/Additional Requirements** * Professional experience, measured by number of projects on defining and developing public policies to foster data spaces, in which the proposed team has participated. **Desirable: 20 projects.** * Experience in projects promoting the data economy (excluding those specifically targeting data spaces covered in the previous criterion): 1\. Experience participating in specialized working groups and committees of standardization bodies (UNE, ISO) related to the data economy. 2\. Experience defining and implementing indicators for the data economy
