Job Summary: We are seeking a home care team coordinator to supervise and ensure the well-being and satisfaction of users in Arganda del Rey. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident resolution and work schedule preparation We seek a person to manage, organize, and coordinate home care assistant teams in the Arganda del Rey area. The primary mission is to supervise and determine the most effective way to meet users’ needs, guaranteeing their well-being and full satisfaction with the service. Daily duties include holding periodic meetings and telephone communications with municipal social services to exchange information about the service. The coordinator also conducts the initial admission visit for new users, preferably accompanied by the assigned assistant. Other tasks include monitoring assistants’ work, resolving incidents, and preparing the work schedule for supervised staff, which must be approved by the respective supervisor. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of becoming indefinite, full-time (35 hours per week), from 08:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday. Immediate start is required, and the position offers flexibility to adapt to the specific needs of the selected candidate. Work takes place in an office located in Arganda del Rey, managing lots 1 and 2 of the Community of Madrid. * Diploma/Degree in Social Work. * At least 2 years’ experience performing duties of equal or similar nature is desirable. * Specific training in gerontology and dependency is recommended. * Attendance at training courses related to this field, as well as complementary training on promoting Equality, will be viewed favorably.
