Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to manage the budget, analyze costs, report to management, and coordinate internal control at our new gypsum board manufacturing plant.

We are building a gypsum board manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; **Gypzero**, an innovative and sustainable project driving the industry toward the NetZero model.
**What will your responsibilities be?**
* Budgetary control and analysis: Prepare the plant’s annual budget in coordination with operational departments; conduct monthly budget monitoring and forecasting; analyze variances in revenues, costs, and margins; prepare management reports for senior leadership; perform profitability analysis
* Cost control: Analyze production costs; monitor economic and operational KPIs; collaborate with Production to improve efficiency and reduce costs; participate in investment analyses and expected return assessments; configure and maintain the cost structure in SAP, ensuring correct financial and analytical expense allocation
* Reporting and management support: Prepare periodic financial reports; participate in economic review meetings; support strategic decision-making with financial analysis; develop financial scenarios for new investments or operational changes
* Internal control coordination: Coordinate with Accounting to ensure consistency in monthly closings; supervise proper cost allocation; propose improvements to internal control processes; ensure compliance with internal financial policies

**What do you need to succeed in this role?**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
* Additional training in management control or corporate finance is desirable.
* Experience: 4\-6 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis roles.
* Knowledge: Financial and management accounting, budgetary control and forecasting, cost analysis, advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is advantageous.
