What will be your mission? You will serve as the **club’s commercial face**, responsible for converting customer interest into new memberships and delivering an excellent experience from the very first contact. Key responsibilities * **Acquisition and sale of new club memberships**. * **Lead management and follow-up** via phone calls, messages, and direct contact. * In-person and telephone **assistance to potential customers**. * Conducting **commercial tours of the club** to showcase our facilities. * Providing personalized advice on the various **subscription plans**. * **Closing sales and achieving commercial targets**. * Member retention and enhancing their experience within the club. * Active participation in **commercial campaigns and promotions**.
