A technician capable of deploying and applying digital tools in real-world environments. Responsibilities: * Providing accompaniment and advisory services to entities on topics specific to the third sector, management, and digitalization processes. * Supporting processes associated with projects under the Third Sector Management area (entity strengthening): Advisory Program for Entities, DigitalizaciONG Program, Digital Sherpas, and Entity Support Programs. * Developing outreach and educational content related to the programs. * Actively participating in internal coordination activities. * Configuration and support of **Microsoft 365** and **Google Workspace** environments. * Basic deployment of cloud solutions (Azure and equivalent cloud services). * Development and maintenance of websites and digital applications. Process automation using low-code tools: * + Power Platform + Google Apps Script / Workspace automations * Integrating collaborative tools into projects with social entities. * Technical support for funded digitalization projects. * Technical documentation and user accompaniment. **Profile:** Relevant experience: 1–3 years in: * implementation of digital tools * cloud technical support * web development * digitalization projects Complementary education: Specialized technical training in cloud computing, as well as any other training in digital competencies and information technology: production, collaboration, and digital communication environments, or a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
