You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, laboratories, certification teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring projects are executed on schedule and in compliance with applicable requirements. Additionally, you will support internal and external audits, contributing to maintaining readiness for accreditations and continuous improvement of certification processes. Key responsibilities: \- Manage certification projects, including scope definition, planning, deliverables, and client communication. \- Coordinate testing activities, technical reviews, and certification processes with internal and external teams. \- Review technical documentation and test reports against applicable certification standards and requirements. \- Support resolution of technical issues and non-conformities identified during project execution. \- Prepare and maintain documentation associated with certification projects and processes. \- Support internal audits, external assessments, and accreditation activities. \- Collaborate in managing corrective and preventive actions arising from audits. \- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. \- Travel as required to support certification, testing, and audit activities. ### **Requirements** \- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical discipline. \- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and accreditation processes. \- Experience in managing technical or certification projects. \- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. \- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. \- Fluent English proficiency.
