We are seeking a foreman to work in Jaén. The selected candidate will serve as the direct liaison between the site manager and the workers. Responsibilities include assisting with layout surveys, supervising construction processes, and controlling work execution. They must also ensure all tasks are carried out correctly to avoid waste, coordinate subcontractors, and verify that subcontractors fulfill their duties. Additionally, they will be responsible for controlling the quality of materials delivered to the site, inspecting the condition of auxiliary equipment and small machinery, and monitoring attendance, work rhythms, and schedules. In the site manager's absence, the foreman will assume their duties. An indefinite full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 18:00, and Friday, 8:00 to 14:00\. The monthly salary is 1\.731 euros.
