Job Summary: Provide assistance to persons with physical disabilities to promote autonomy and independent living, performing personal care, accompaniment, and support functions aligned with their life project. Flexibility and adaptability with person-centered care Provide assistance to persons with physical disabilities so they can achieve their life goals autonomously and independently. According to the characteristics of their intervention, the personal assistant will perform the following functions: Cooperation functions or substitute activities in daily living care (hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, personal care, etc.). Cooperation functions in accompaniment activities outside the home (leisure, training, employment, medical appointments, community participation, personal errands, among others). Cooperation functions or substitute activities in other tasks forming part of the user’s independent living project. For example: cooperation functions in domestic settings. * Experience: 1 month. Interest and capacity for learning. Knowledge of Personal Autonomy and Independent Living. Organizational ability, autonomy, responsibility, and a supportive (non-dominant) role. Good comprehension of Catalan; fluency in speaking is desirable. Valid work permit. Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: Flexibility and adaptability to the environment. Person-centered care. Honesty, respect, responsibility, and active listening. Commitment, empathy, discretion, confidentiality, assertiveness, and mediation. Ability to be proactive without being directive. * Availability of a vehicle * Availability for travel * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Part-time morning schedule (13 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '400' to '500' * Additional relevant information: Substitution CTC from 02/06/2026 to 06/06/2026 in the Bonavista area (Tarragona) \+ one isolated day on 08/06/2026 to 08/06/25026, scheduled from 9:00 to 11:30
