Responsibilities PROGRAMMER – NETWORK PERFORMANCE SUB-DIRECTORATE Required Experience: Proficiency in PL/SQL programming Familiarity with Microsoft connectivity libraries (Access, Excel, etc.) Desirable Experience: Knowledge of RDF, Appian, and Stratio. Primary Responsibility: Development of functions and procedures in PL/SQL.
