




**Functions** * The Reservation Officer must know and be aware of the hotel's results and objectives, taking this information into account while working to make decisions * Must have a thorough understanding of the hotel's service offerings and their terms of use, in order to properly inform customers * Master up-to-date information on rates, promotions, events, discounts, payment methods, etc. * Process reservations received through various channels, ensuring maximum effectiveness in sales opportunities, adjusting accommodation prices according to the applicable offer * Fulfill commitments made to customers within the promised timeframe * Identify and verify room availability at the hotel and keep information updated * Carry out modifications, extensions, and cancellations of existing reservations **Requirements** * Experience in luxury hotels, in all or any of the following departments: Reservations, Front Desk, and Sales. * Knowledge of computer systems: Opera. * Knowledge of products, brands, and market competition. * High level of spoken and written English and Spanish (a third language will be highly valued) * Ability to work in a team, negotiate, and make decisions. **Area \- Position** Hospitality, Tourism \- Reservation Agent **Category or level** Technician
