We are Grupo Sagardi, leaders in the hospitality sector and an internationally recognized group, initially specialized in Basque cuisine and now diversified into other gastronomic concepts. It is essential that you: * Have strong language skills: Spanish and English (other languages are valued). * Are proficient in Microsoft Office. * Possess strong communication and sales skills, persuasion ability, empathy, and proactivity. * Have strong organizational, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. What will you do at Sagardi? We are seeking a Reservation Specialist responsible for: * Managing customer reservations for restaurants across various channels (phone, email, Cover Manager, and other reservation management platforms). * Maintaining continuous contact with restaurants to open and close sales. * Sending service sheets, quotations, and creating menu proposals for groups. * Ensuring personalized attention for each customer. * Performing administrative tasks related to the department. * Managing online sales (apps and publishing experiences). You’ll be a “top” candidate if you also: * Have prior experience in customer acquisition. * Have knowledge of the gastronomy sector. * Can demonstrate measurable achievements from previous roles. * Have a strong personal presence.
