We are looking for someone with a background in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, HR Master's degree or similar. Minimum one year of experience in recruiting technical profiles and mid-level management. Intermediate English level, advanced/native Catalan, and previous experience in temporary work and/or selection of qualified profiles are essential for this role. In addition to specializing as a **RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT**, it is important that you enjoy daily client interaction, advising, and customer retention. Your mission will be to make the MATCH between candidates and companies. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?** Passion for human resources, with at least 1 year of prior experience in personnel recruitment. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, HR Master's degree or similar. Highly customer and service-oriented individual. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Availability to work on-site from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Intermediate English and advanced/native Catalan proficiency. Immediate availability to start.
