RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage end-to-end personnel selection processes: job posting, resume screening, interviews, and coordination of assessments. * Collaborate with department heads to define professional profiles. * Request necessary documentation for onboarding selected candidates. * Document management. * Maintain an up-to-date candidate database. * Support onboarding and integration processes for new employees. * Other related duties.
